last, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith a ai signed, numbered and dated of King's Regula ti ons No. 22 of 1919, entitled "The Opium Prohibi ti on Regulations 1919",

which have been made by me under Article 155 of the China Order in Council 1904 and Article 13 of the China (Amendment,

Order in Council 1907 and declared to be urgent.

These Regulations were exhibited at His Britannie

Majesty's Consulate General at Shanghai on the 31st ul time

and are also being exhibited at the rest of His Bri tam.*

Majesty's Consulates in China in accordance with Artigl

of the Order in Gouncil of 1904.
